Refund policy

ProductiveBot is a pre-configured hardware device with custom software. Due to the nature of the product, all returns are subject to the following conditions.

Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided:

  • You have contacted our support team (Scout at support.productivebot.ai or support@productivebot.ai) and the issue cannot be resolved through troubleshooting
  • The unit is returned in its original packaging with all included items (Mac Mini, power cable, quick start card)
  • The device is in the same condition it was shipped — no physical damage, modifications, or missing components
  • The original serial number matches our records

Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a $50 restocking fee, which covers device inspection, factory reset, software re-provisioning, and quality verification.

Return Shipping & Packaging Requirements

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be shipped with insurance and tracking. OG Analytics Holdings, LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Packaging: The Mac Mini must be placed inside its original Apple box with all accessories. The Apple box must then be placed inside a separate, appropriately sized shipping box with adequate padding material. Do not use the Apple product box as the outer shipping container — returns shipped in the Apple box alone without an outer shipping box may be refused or subject to a damage deduction if the product box is damaged in transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned unit, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. The refund amount will be the original purchase price minus the $50 restocking fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

What Is Not Eligible for Return

  • Units with physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized hardware modifications
  • Units returned without original packaging or missing components
  • Units where the serial number has been altered or does not match our records
  • Returns requested after 14 days from delivery
  • Issues that can be resolved through our support channels (Scout, Priority Support, or documentation)

Defective Units

If your ProductiveBot arrives with a hardware defect (dead on arrival), contact us immediately. Verified hardware defects are replaced at no cost with free return shipping. The restocking fee does not apply to confirmed hardware defects.
