Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription or pre-order. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these purchases.

Subscriptions

Certain services, such as premium support access, may be offered on a subscription basis. When you purchase a subscription:

  • Your payment details are stored securely and you will be charged at the frequency you selected
  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration
  • You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time through the link in your order confirmation email
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no partial refunds for unused time

Pre-Orders

When inventory is limited, ProductiveBot units may be available for pre-order. When you purchase a pre-order:

  • You are purchasing a product that is not yet in stock or is being prepared for shipment
  • We may collect full payment, partial payment, or no payment at checkout depending on availability
  • Your payment method will be stored securely and charged for any remaining balance before fulfillment
  • You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled for a full refund
  • Once your order has shipped, cancellation is no longer available — see our returns policy for refund options
