Your files, passwords, and sensitive data stay on your own device, not in someone else's cloud, except what you send to your chosen AI provider.

The Mac mini is where ProductiveBot starts. We also offer MacBook Pro and Mac Studio for owners who need to work on the go or run larger AI models on the machine itself.

Why did we build ProductiveBot?
Our mission is simple: give people that time back.
Small business owners lose hours every week to busywork. Inbox cleanup, follow-ups, scheduling, and data entry eat the time that should go to customers and growth.
AI agents can now do a lot of this work. But most of them are hard to set up, live in someone else's cloud, or need a technical person to keep running. We built ProductiveBot so a normal business can own one, use it, and get help when something breaks.

OpenClaw and Hermes Agent are open-source AI agent engines. ProductiveBot works with both. Engines can be swapped. Our job is to make them usable, supported, and permissioned for normal businesses.

Does my data stay private with ProductiveBot?
Your files, passwords, and agent memory stay on your own Mac. They are not stored on our servers. If you run a local AI model, your requests stay on the machine too.
To be clear about limits: ProductiveBot is not air-gapped. Your agents still use the internet to reach AI model providers and the apps you connect, like email. We'd rather tell you that up front.

Founder and CEO
Alex Cruz is the founder and CEO of ProductiveBot, based in St. Louis, Missouri. Before ProductiveBot, he founded PenPath, a business intelligence company for enterprise and ecommerce brands, and led digital marketing for a Northrop Grumman business unit. He started ProductiveBot to help business owners get their time back with AI agents they actually own.
