Each ProductiveBot unit includes a new Apple Mac Mini covered by Apple's standard one-year limited warranty from the date of Apple's original sale.

Customers can register their device with Apple and contact Apple directly for hardware warranty service.

ProductiveBot provides 90 days of technical support for our software configuration and setup, including the OpenClaw AI assistant, Slack integration, and all pre-installed tools.

Hardware issues should be directed to Apple Support.
